Mr. Huang’s area of expertise is in international trade. He has over fifteen years’ experience in International Debt Collection, Customs Investigations, Export Controls and International Trade Compliance. He also works as a Member of the Insurance Law Professional Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association.
Mr. Huang is the leader of International Trade and Finance Team with 9 people. The team has dealt with dozens of cases in relevance with international debt collection in many countries, including USA, Canada, Ecuador, Brazil, Germany, Romania, UK, Ukraine, France, Italy, Spain, Nigeria, Togo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Yamen, UAE, India, Indonesia, Russia, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Burma, etc. Through dealing with these cases, the team builds stable cooperation relationships with legal service agencies in major regions of the world, and is able to get prompt international legal services, which ensures clients to be provided promptly with one-step, effective and first-class legal services.
Mr. Huang is versed in legislation and the policies and practices of trade remedies, including anti-dumping investigations, countervailing duty investigations and safeguard investigations in China, the United States, the European Union and other countries. He has also assisted his clients in developing their long-term case and business strategies, as well as shaping their business structures.
Mr. Huang has extensive experience in international trade compliance. He assists clients from various leading state-owned and private enterprises in China on legal risk analysis regarding export control and national security review, supply chain review, transaction screenings, and the establishment and improvement of compliance risk management. He has outstanding analytical skills as well as the ability to identify supply chain vulnerability, and can advise his clients on their business continuity and risk management.
